1 large bunch of radishes, cleaned

1/8 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. neutral oil

 

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE:

 

Shred the radishes in a food processor or on the large side of a box grater. Sprinkle with salt and add the oil. Serve at once.   No really, that is it!
