Royal Caper Sauce

ROYAL CAPER SAUCE

Note: This a wonderful quick sauce to brighten up Tuna, Swordfish, or any baked white fish. Change the herb to tarragon or Herbs de Provence for meat or chicken.

½ – cup BREAKSTONES sour cream

1 – Tbsp. capers, chopped

½ – small shallot, minced

1 – tsp. fresh dill

 

HOW I PREPARE THE RECIPE:

Mix together until well combined.
