Oven “Fried” Potatoes

Oven “fried” potatoes

3/4 pound of red or Yukon Gold potatoes (about 3 small)

2 Tbsp. Neutral vegetable oil

½ Tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. onion powder

1 tsp dry dill weed

1 tsp. dried parsley

½ tsp Kosher salt for sprinkling

 

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE:

 

Preheat oven to 375

 

Clean the potatoes and cut into eight wedges each. Combine oil with onion, garlic, dill and parsley. Toss the potatoes in this mixture and place skin sides down on a baking pan. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.

Bake for 45 minutes.

 

Note: You can add Rosemary or Herbs de Provence  if you are doing this recipe to go with a more elegant dish like roasted lamb
